Seesteg Restaurant

The restaurant is captivating with modern gourmet cuisine and was rightly awarded a Michelin star and 15 Gault Millau points. Nevertheless, the Seesteg Restaurant, with its striking brick walls, floor-to-ceiling windows and spectacular view of the North Sea, is a relaxed place to be. Chef Markus Kebschull clearly focuses on enjoyment and the product. A passage from Rodehuus takes you to the neighbouring Relais & Châteaux Hotel Seesteg.

Esszimmer

“As a guest with friends” is not a hollow phrase here, but routine. Chef Stefan Heider and his team serve regularly changing seasonal dishes in a communicative atmosphere. In the open kitchen you can look over the chef’s shoulder. At the table, sharing is expressly desired. And if you are enraptured by the wine recommendation with your meal, it is best to take a bottle from the in-house wine shop with you.

Milchbar

The Milchbar is the place to be on Norderney. For decades, young and old have gathered every evening at the iconic pavilion to watch the sun sink into the sea. The 270 degree panoramic view of waves and clouds in the glazed annex is better than a cinema at any time and in any weather.

Norderney’s hotspot is a restaurant, café and bar all in one. During the day the homemade rice pudding and hearty delicacies tempt you from the bar – in the evening the bar boss mixes his individual long drink variations or your favourite cocktail.
